Christmas Picture
Here is a picture of Elliott at Christmas. He is styling in Chuck's sweater from when he was a baby. It was so neat that he could wear it!
8 Months Old!
Sweet, smart Elliott is 8 months old!
He is now eating baby food without any trouble. He likes his sweet potatoes, bananas and mixed berries, and several other foods. Rice and oatmeal cereal are not popular choices for him. Neither are the foods with apples. He was just introduced to puffs, and after a few unsure bites he is now a fan of them. Now he just has to figure out how to put them in his mouth once he picks them up.
He started crawling right at the end of 7 months and a couple of days before Christmas. It is so fun to watch him scoot around and rock on all fours. He seems a lot less frustrated now that he can crawl to get things. Sometimes he forgets his newfound ability and sits there upset.
I love this little boy so much!

Almost 7 months old
I love this boy! We are really enjoying Elliott's sweet, funny little personality. As he gets older, he is doing less crying and more being himself. He laughs at silly things (which he did the other day I was attempting a kickboxing workout video) and does his version of talking the entire time he is eating his fruits or vegetables. He absolutely loves reading time and laughs and smiles at Annyong when he is around. He also really likes his gas drops and will kick his legs and smile when we get them out. Elliott is also totally sleeping in his crib now (He was in the swing) and sleeps up to 11 hours at night. We are so blessed to have this little guy in our lives. I can't say that enough. He definitely provides the entertainment around here!

Smiley Boy
Our sweet Elliott is doing a lot more smiling and laughing these days. I could take pictures of him all day. Here are a few recent pictures of him. I love this blessing!

Into his mouth it goes
If Elliott can reach it, it will end up in his mouth! He literally puts any item, finger, thumb, foot, toy, book, cat toy, cat etc. he can find in his mouth. It is funny to watch, but the germ freak in me doesn't find it all that hilarious. Here are a few pictures of him in action.

Halloween
Elliott celebrated his first Halloween with his cousin, Milo. Neither of them were fans of dressing up, but we had fun seeing them in their costumes!

It's Fall Y'all
Here are a couple of pictures of Elliott in Charleston during the fall. He did have on a cute flannel shirt and jeans before the picture, but it was too hot for all of that!

6 Months: What?!
Elliott is six months old today! What? He has really grown quite a bit and is very talkative. The doctor even made a note on his chart that he was very "vocal" today. His quiet Mommy and Daddy find that funny. He talks more than the two of us combined. He weighed 16 pounds 13.5 ounces (36 percentile) and is 26 1/2 inches long (44 percentile).
He has been doing a great job sitting up and jumps and turns like crazy in his Jumperoo. When he is focused on something, he gets a very determined look on his cute face and pokes out his lips. He is also doing well eating rice cereal and oatmeal cereal and can hold his bottle on his own most of the time. He also sleeps though the night most nights but is still sleeping in his swing. We plan on working on transitioning to his crib soon. He is very curious about everything and will stare at Annyong whenever he is around. Elliott is often a very smiley boy and enjoys reading books, which is can be very opinionated about!
I love this boy more and more every day. He is definitely our little blessing!

Fall is (sometimes) Here!
There have been a few days in October where the weather has actually been somewhat chilly. For the first time, Elliott got to wear pants and long sleeves. While it is harder to dress him in his Fall attire as opposed to a onesie, he is so cuddly and soft. Here are a few pictures of him from a few days ago in his fox outfit. (I threw in one of him in a hat, as well. So cute!) We have been back to onesies lately because of the return of the Georgia heat, but we will bring out the cuddly clothes, again, for sure!
Chuck and Elliott
The weather has been beautiful lately! We enjoyed some family time out on the porch in the swing. Here are a couple of pictures of my boys!

We Have a Sitter!
Elliott has been sitting more and more on his own with just a little support lately. Today, he is sitting totally on his own! (I did put some pillows around him if he decides to tip over, but so far he hasn't needed them.) He seems so excited and proud of himself. Here are a few pictures of him.

Big Boy in a Buggy
Elliott rode in the buggy like a big boy for the first time! He did such a great job the entire time I was shopping and didn't make a peep. He just looked around at everything like he was totally amazed by what he was seeing. Thank you Publix for another good shopping experience with my boy!

Tongue Time
Our little Elliott has a new thing he is figuring out: sticking out his tongue! It is so funny to watch him sitting there thinking and concentrating on something with that tongue sticking out. I was able to catch him in action!

Family Selfie
We realized that we do not have hardly any pictures with the three of us, so, of course, a family selfie was a must. That silly Elliott certainly was excited!
